If for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you will receive an immediate refund.
After you place your order, an email confirmation including an order number, will be sent to the email address that was entered on your order form. Once payment has been approved, your order will be packed and dispatched and you will be notified by email.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Customers can only pay by credit card using our secure checkout. Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian dollar currency and all prices include GST.
When paying by credit card, we accept Visa and Mastercard. When ordering we want you to feel confident that your personal information and credit card data is completely safe. Our Watson X Watson on-line store provides a secure session within our shopping checkout.
We do not store credit card details; they are encrypted within your transaction.
We do not refund for change of mind.
Items purchased in store are eligible for an exchange or credit note only (within 7 days of purchase). If the item is confirmed to be faulty, then a full refund will be provided.
For items purchased online, returns are accepted on merchandise within 7 business days of receiving your order. We offer free exchanges on all orders and flat return shipping rate of $7 for returns within Australia. To return items they must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition (including protective shield on swimwear, undamaged shoe box’s and unmarked shoe soles). Watson X Watson does not accept returns on beauty products, earrings (excluding cuffs) and underwear (bottoms) for hygiene reasons. Garments received with make-up marks will not be accepted for exchange or return as all returned merchandise need to be in a re-saleable state.
Sale items or any discounted items are non-refundable, but welcome for exchange or credit note.
How to make a return
Step 1 Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at
firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for your return.
Please include all details of the item you wish to return including country location.
In regards to an exchange we will check availability of stock or otherwise you may choose to return the item for a refund or store credit note.
Step 2 You will receive a returns authorization number (RA#) to place on your returns & exchanges form that was included with your shipment.
Without this number the return will not be accepted.
Include the completed form and securely repackage your returning item (include all boxes associated with shoes, jewellery or bags).
For an exchange within Australia, of the same style but different size, we offer free shipping on the exchange item being sent out to you, the return postage costs must be covered by you.
All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
We can accept drop offs to our Flagship Store: Watson X Watson: 29 William Street, Paddington, NSW 2021 we cannot however process a refund on the spot, this will be done through the normal channels (refund to specific Credit Card), once the return has been processed.
For International returns please return to Watson X Watson within 9 days of receiving your RA#. If the return arrives outside this time (without agreement with us), the item will not be accepted and returned back to you.
Please ship via a trackable method and provide the tracking details to Watson X Watson.
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process from when the items arrive at Watson X Watson to the credit appearing in your bank account. Watson X Watson will refund the value of the item (via the original form of payment).
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
You will be notified via email once this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Watson X Watson.
Once the item is inspected based on the above conditions – depending on your request we will either provide a refund or a credit note.
If you are returning for a size exchange, when you request your return please, also request the size you wish to exchange for and we will keep it until we receive your original item back.
If your returning item(s) is non-refundable you will receive a Store Credit Note, via post or email to use for future purchases, valued at the item you have returned and with 1-year validity (and not redeemable in cash).
Watson x Watson will continue to communicate with you, via email or phone, at various stages of the process, to ensure you are well informed of the progress of your return.
Watson X Watson reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you and neither a refund nor exchange granted.
